Who we are

Guillotine Life is a registered trade name of TINKAVU LLC, 2048 Howland Blvd Unit 390181, Deltona, FL 32739. This policy covers guillotinelife.com and guillotine-life.com (together, the "Site"). Questions about it go to Info@guillotine-life.com.

We are a wholesale and manufacturing business. The Site has no shopping cart and takes no payments, so we never collect card numbers or bank details through it.

Information you give us

We collect only what a form asks for, and every form on the Site is optional to use.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, optionally your company or store, the inquiry type you pick, and your message.
• Trade application. Your first and last name, email address, business name, optionally a business website, store type, location, the products you are interested in, an optional estimated monthly volume, and any notes you add.
• Newsletter sign-up. Your email address and the interest category you chose.

Form submissions are emailed to us, and newsletter sign-ups are added to our mailing list. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not add you to the newsletter because you used the contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages get read. This uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device and browser, referring site, and the pages you view.
• Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address in order to tell a person from a script.
• Hosting and performance. Our host records standard server logs and anonymous page-speed measurements.

How we use it

• To answer your message, review your trade application, and set up a wholesale account.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To keep the Site working, measure how it is used, and improve it.
• To keep out spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do use service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Resend delivers our form notifications and newsletter, and stores our newsletter list.
• Cloudflare provides the Turnstile bot check on our forms.
• Google provides Tag Manager and Analytics.
• Vercel hosts the Site.
• Sanitystores the Site's content. It holds no visitor information.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If the business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies on the Site come from Google Analytics and from Cloudflare's bot check. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop you using the Site or its forms.

Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to remove you by emailing Info@guillotine-life.com.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Contact and trade inquiries are kept as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and after that for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Info@guillotine-life.com and say what you want done. We will verify that the request is really coming from you, answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you these rights explicitly, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are in the EEA or the UK, our lawful bases are your consent (newsletter), our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site (analytics and bot protection), and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (trade applications). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email Info@guillotine-life.com and we will delete it.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit what we collect and who can reach it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
